中國日報網環球在線消息：據英國《泰晤士報》12月3日報道，被稱為“全球氣候變暖研究之父”的美國科學家占士-米曹漢臣向媒體表示，即將于下周在丹麥哥本哈根舉行的氣候變化大會是一場“鬧劇”，他將抵制這次聯合國會議。
報道稱，現在擔任美國航空航天局戈達德空間研究所主任的占士-米曹漢臣是研究全球氣候變化的領軍科學家之一，他的這番表態無疑為即將舉行的哥本哈根氣候大會蒙上一層陰影。
占士-米曹漢臣認為，這次會議即將討論的減排計劃建立在“總量管制和交易”(cap and trade)機制的基礎上，即在限制溫室氣體排放總量的基礎上，通過買賣行政許可的方式來進行排放，而這一機制實際上是在“縱容”溫室氣體排放，根本無法控制溫室氣體的排放量。
“他們只是在買賣‘縱容’，發達國家想要維持自己的生產水平，因此他們只打算花很少的錢從發展中國家手中購買二氧化碳排放量限額，”占士-米曹漢臣說，“我不希望這次會議取得成功，我希望它失敗。”
占士-米曹漢臣于上世紀80年代早期首次提出全球氣候變暖的危險性，是世界上最早提出氣候變化將威脅地球生態這一概念的科學家。他當年以哲學博士的身份進入美國航空航天局研究金星。不過，在意識到人類工業排放的廢氣將會破壞地球大氣後，占士-米曹漢臣轉而開始研究氣候變化問題。
據介紹，此次哥本哈根氣候大會將決定《京都議定書》未來的發展走向，屆時將有來自世界170多個國家的1.2萬名代表和專家出席會議。
這間經過室內設計 (interior design) 的天花, 正是香港其中一位上市公司老細的大屋 ~.~
這天花的設計雖然沒有將 “雕龍雕鳳” 的天花線或其它花線的原素放進去這設計內, 但是其結構複雜的程度、大屋氣勢、間潔一致和空間感(空間層次感)已將其它大屋的室內設計比了下去呢。
當然這房間是不會隨便就能進去的, 但是作為一間上市公司的老細, 平日已夠忙呢所以這大屋的每個空間(他會進去的)都將以上等等的室內設計原素都考妙地放進去, 不管是明顯可見的 或 只是感覺上的。
我能有幸為這大屋作室內設計及繪製各方面有關的建築／室內等的圖紙真的令我至今高興萬分。
